These Terms govern access to StableYield Disclosure. By using the site or service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Business Use

The service is intended for business and professional users. You are responsible for ensuring that your use, inputs, outputs, disclosures, payment activity, and customer communications comply with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies.

No Professional Advice

StableYield Disclosure is software. It does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, accounting, regulatory, custody, payment, or securities advice. Outputs are draft materials for review. You must obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on or publishing outputs in regulated or customer-facing contexts.

No Yield, Reserve, or Compliance Guarantee

We do not guarantee any APY, yield, return, principal protection, reserve sufficiency, redemption availability, counterparty performance, regulatory approval, search ranking, payment-provider approval, customer conversion, or business outcome. Stablecoin, DeFi, blockchain, protocol, custodian, market, and regulatory risks can change quickly.

Customer Inputs and Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the materials you submit and the outputs you use. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit content to the service. Do not submit private keys, seed phrases, credentials, illegal content, malware, confidential information you are not allowed to process, or personal data that is not necessary for the workflow.

Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

Paid plans are charged through NOWPayments or another disclosed provider. Annual plans are billed up front and may show a monthly-equivalent comparison on the site. Fees are generally non-refundable once a paid digital service, setup, generation, export, monitoring, or access period has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If a payment is delayed, underpaid, overpaid, or flagged by the provider or blockchain network, access may be delayed or require manual review.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to mislead customers, promise fixed returns where they are not available, hide material risks, violate sanctions, facilitate fraud, infringe rights, attack systems, scrape excessively, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, prices, templates, integrations, or availability. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, reputational, trading, market, blockchain, or regulatory damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, suspected abuse, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time, but stopping use does not automatically create a refund right.
